Whatever problem there is, it is the fault of social networks and it is the fault of smartphones: so if Donald Trump wins it is the fault of smartphones, if we are increasingly alone it is the fault of smartphones, if society is disintegrated it is the fault of smartphones. Everything that is wrong in our society is the fault of smartphones and social networks. And this is without a shadow of a doubt a reductionist vision that we could truly define as looking for a scapegoat. And so also perhaps avoid investigating problems that are much more serious than smartphones and social networks.
Which are perhaps those of inequality, that of a world of work that no longer pays attention to holding the social fabric wedding photo editing service together, that of affections that they move further and further away from each other, this is in the metropolises and is not particularly the case in Italy. But let's think about cities like Tokyo, like Beijing, metropolises that are not at all designed to be lived in, to keep people together. So very, very serious problems that our contemporary society is facing are solved by saying: "ok, but you suffer from loneliness because you spend too much time on your smartphone". Well, perhaps it is also very useful to look at things from another point of view.

I spend a lot of time on my smartphone because I am alone, and I am alone because in the last , , , years our society has taken directions that sometimes not always, fortunately they have this type of effect on people. Then clearly the smartphones themselves do not contribute, do not help, or perhaps give the sensation of helping. However, even if we mentioned Donald Trump's victory, even there, it is not Facebook that made Donald Trump win. There are much deeper problems in US society that caused Donald Trump's victory. Social media, if anything, may only have helped it, may have amplified it.
